Drop-off & Collection
Smooth Drop-offs, Stress-Free Collections
We know your mornings are busy. Our drop-off process is quick and straightforward — no lengthy handovers, no fuss. Just a happy dog heading in for a great day. Our van is fully electric and purpose-fitted with crash-proof dog crates, so your dog travels safely and comfortably every time. Please note that if you won't be home at collection time, our driver will require access to your property to collect your dog.
Late collection may incur an additional charge. Please contact us if you're running behind.
Before You Book
What We Need From You
Up-to-date vaccinations
All dogs must have current vaccinations including kennel cough. Please bring your vaccination record on the trial day.
Neutered or spayed
We accept entire dogs on a case-by-case basis. Please mention this when enquiring.
Flea and worming treatment
Dogs must be up to date with flea and worming treatment before attending.
Completed assessment
Every dog completes a trial day before joining regular sessions. This ensures a safe, happy environment for all.
Information pack completed
All new clients must complete our information pack before their trial day begins. This covers your dog's health history, behaviour, emergency contacts, and care preferences — it takes just a few minutes and helps us give your dog the best possible start.
