Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do dogs go on walks whilst they're here?
A: All of our dogs in our care stay within our huge facility. our centre is fully secure and we want to be able to ensure all of our canine guests are able to relax in a safe and secure environment. in public fields and parks we have no control over other dogs or their owners and cannot guarantee that any other dogs they meet will be as ‘friendly’ as most owners say! We won’t put your dog in that position. Rest assured your dogs exercise needs are met with our rigorous activities timetable.
Q: What do they do all day?
A: We have a daily enrichment timetable and dogs enjoy a minimum of two different activities per day which include toys, scent work, bubbles, puzzles, use of the agility equipment and basic training, along with structured play and resting times
Q: How do you know they will get on?
A: All dogs must attend an assessment prior to starting daycare which takes part on one of our dog park sessions on either a Wednesday evening or Saturday morning where we will talk to owners about their dogs behaviour and daily routine and see how your dog behaves with other dogs. This assessment is so ensure your doggies are compatible with the dogs already in our care.
Q: Is there a minimum attendance?
A: Yes all dogs must attend a minimum of two days per week. this ensures the dogs are comfortable with the routine and environment and because we have limited spaces this ensures we keep a space open for them. This is to be paid upfront for the following month. we allow for two weeks holiday per year.
